Then & Now

I cant believe how fast Cassidy is growing. Both physically and developmentally. Looking at these pictures amaze me. This was then. And this is now.

She is getting so independent and strong.

The river is so much fun. We go a lot since it is only 25 min from our house. Cass loves to throw rocks and point out the boats. I cant wait for it to get a little bit hotter so we can swim!

* I have an official announcement!!! Cassidy finally has a tooth!!! She got her first tooth July 8th when she was 16 & 1/2 months old. Do I have pictures?!? NO, because her first tooth was a molar and it is impossible to get a picture of it. Of course her first tooth is one that you can not capture on film. lol At least she has one!! Woo hoo! By the way, this first tooth has caused horrible sleeping patterns. She was sleeping through the night and now she screams until we pick her up. Poor girl, we are hoping lots more teeth come soon so we will get a picture and so that sleeping through the night can resume. We are so proud of that tooth and Cass! :)

Happy 4th of July!

We went to the local park here which was so much fun!!! They have good music and food and we just got to hang out, watch Cassidy dance and lay on our blanket to see the fireworks. We BBQ earlier and let off our own fireworks. It was a great day. Two things this day once again confirmed to me about my adorable husband. 1) He is a pyro. He loves fireworks and since they are legal here he bought a lot of them to shoot off. 2) He is a big kid at heart and loves junk food. At the park he had cotton candy (yuck), ice cream and popcorn. :) Here is a pic of Cassidy dancing which she did all night.

Cassidy fell asleep before the fireworks so my hubby and I watched them together. We are so blessed we live here in America and that we are free. :)
