When Aaron is gone, Cassidy and I do a lot of bonding. She is such a good helper. She loves to help me do laundry, dust, feed the dogs and especially cook. Cooking is one of her favorite things and she always sits on the counter and watches the whole time. She loves to sprinkle on the garlic powder and salt and pepper. She loves to crack eggs on her own and stir things. She may be a chef one day! I hope she wants to hang out with me and cook forever! :)
After work we go get our energy out and play at the park. :)
Sometimes we meet friends at the park and hold hands. This is Cassidy's friend Owen. :)
At the end of the day we take long baths then brush our teeth and hair. :)
At the end of the night we read books such as this new favorite.
Then we watch a little of this guy before we head to bed nice and early! :)
Girl's nights are awesome!

How cute! Hope you guys are adjusting well to the new routine. I love nights with just me the kiddos, but it can be a lot of work too! That special bonding is always worth it though! :)
